Using this site means you're OK with what's below. It's short. Read it.

What this site is

hosspratt.com is where I show you what I've built and offer you training, tools, and programs. Some of it is free. Some of it costs money. Everything that costs money has its own terms at checkout, and those win if they ever disagree with this page.

No income promises

I teach what has worked for me and for the people I've trained. I don't promise it'll work for you. Results on this site, including every testimonial, are real people's real results. They are not typical, not guaranteed, and not a prediction of yours. Your outcome depends on what you do with it, your market, your effort, and things neither of us control.

Ask Hoss

Ask Hoss is my clone. It answers from what I've taught. It's a training tool, not a lawyer, accountant, broker, or financial advisor. Check anything that matters with a licensed professional in your state before you act on it. Don't feed it anything confidential about a client.

Your account and your conduct

If you have a member login, keep it to yourself. Don't share it, don't scrape the site, don't copy my trainings and resell them, and don't use my name or likeness to sell anything of your own. That's the whole list.

My stuff

Everything on this site, including the copy, the frameworks, the scripts, the books, the recordings, and the clone, belongs to Hoss Pratt International Inc. You can use it for your own business. You can't repackage it for sale, teach it as yours, or train an AI on it without my written OK.

Links to other places

Some links go to tools I built, like Skills CRM and Power By Design, which have their own terms. Some go to other companies. I'm not responsible for what happens on their sites.

Refunds

Refund terms are stated on the checkout page for each product or program. If it doesn't say, there isn't one.

If something goes wrong

The site is provided as is. I'll fix problems when I find them, but I can't promise it will always be up or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hoss Pratt International Inc. isn't liable for losses that come from using the site or the material on it beyond what you paid me for it.

Changes

I can update these terms. When I do, the date at the top changes. Keep using the site and you've accepted the update.

Where disputes go

Texas law applies. Any dispute gets handled in the state or federal courts covering Collin County, Texas.
