How I got here
I started out in Dallas knocking 100 doors a day, selling door to door for a company that only paid on results.
Then I listed and sold houses. Other agents started asking how. That became 20 years of training, three books, and hundreds of thousands of agents.
When AI got good enough, I built it in my own business first, with my own money on the line. What came out of that is a version of me that answers when I'm not in the room.
Now I teach people to build theirs.
